A ‘Child’ Document, in Mohiomap term, is any document that exist one layer below a ‘parent’ file, which can be classified differently for different platforms. For example; a ‘parent’ file with many ‘child’ documents in Evernote is like a notebook with many notes, whereas Dropbox would consider it to be a folder with many sub-folders. Before going further, please be informed that adding ‘Child’ document currently only works in Evernote, and will soon be implemented in both Dropbox and Google Drive.
To add a child document is simple. Click on a note/file.
See the example of creating a child document below
1. Select 'Add child' from the menu.
2. Insert the title of the new child document.
3. There you go, you have just added a new child note called 'Fruit and Vegetables'!
Note that the changes you make on Mohiomap will be synchronized with your relative Cloud platform. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have further questions regarding this particular topic.
