We have simplified the menus to a style of more standard context menu so that you can focus on important underlying data.
The menus will no longer show up on hovering of your cursor, and now requires your click.
In Mohiomap, when you click on a note you will have the main options for that node, and then a drop down menu for editing and navigating (if relevant).
Open: You open the note within the current map
Navigate: Open the note content separately in a new map (for better overview you can explore notebooks in isolation).
Open in a new tab: You open the original source in a new browser window
Tag: Tags are created for that particular note. While creating tags like this will be synced to Evernote, tags that are created for files on platforms that currently do not support tagging themselves (Dropbox, GoogleDrive, Box), can only be viewed within Mohiomap.
Pin: Have the note stay in place, regardless of what happens to the note around it. The note will stay put until you release it.
Evernote (Evernote action bar only): Opens the note in the Evernote Application
New Folder (Google Drive & Dropbox): Create a new folder
New File (Google Drive & Dropbox): Create a new google document or text file
The “Editing Action Menu” appears when you click on the edit dropdown, near the bottom of the action bar.
Here you have additional actions available. These changes will take effect on the original cloud platform as well. Whatever you choose to alter is permanent cross the platforms. (*note: expect a slight delay in the synchronisation of the changes).
Reminder (Evernote only): Add a reminder to your Evernote node
Rename: Change the note title.
Copy: A copy of the original note will be created.
Delete: It will be deleted permanently (even form the original platform).
Comment: Comments are created for that particular note.
Add Child: Create an additional note that logically can be associated with that note. Think of them as thought-links that you can use to help yourself navigating your notes as you “think” about them. Each child will mean that an additional nonote is created in that particular notebook
Color (Premium Only): Choose any color from the selection and tint the note/notebook to have it stand out clearly.
