Tagging helps to describe your files and notes, allowing them to be found again when navigating your Map or searching with the search box. This is extremely useful for organizing your files and notes into groups, based on how they are related to one another.
As Evernote and Box both support tagging natively any changes you make to your Tags within Mohiomap will synchronize to your accounts in real time.
Adding a Tag:
Click on your desired file/note and select 'edit' then 'Tag' from the menu options
Once you have completed the first step, you will be presented with a window like the one below. From there you can either type in the name of a New Tag, or select a Tag(s) from any recently used Tags you may have.
Once you have made your desired changes, select 'SAVE TAGS' to apply your changes.
From this view, you can also remove any 'Current Tags' by unselecting them and saving your changes.
If you have any existing tags, you can quickly add them to other related files/notes, or remove them via the drag and drop 'Action Icon'.
Below is an example of adding a Tag to another file. To remove a tag this way, simple drag the Action Icon to an already connected document.
